用途

該機主要用于制藥工業固體物料的輸送、加料。可與混合機、整粒機、壓片機、包衣機、膠囊充填機等設備配套使用。同時在制藥、化工、食品等行業中廣泛使用。

APPLICATION

原理

該機主要由底盤小車、提升(或(huo)加(jia)伸縮(suo))系(xi)統(tong)、翻(fan)轉系(xi)統(tong)等組成。工作時，先將錐斗與料(liao)(liao)桶(tong)(tong)扣合，然后(hou)啟(qi)動提升按鈕(niu)，料(liao)(liao)桶(tong)(tong)提升；啟(qi)動翻(fan)轉按鈕(niu)，料(liao)(liao)桶(tong)(tong)即可翻(fan)轉180°移動底盤小車與加(jia)料(liao)(liao)的設備密閉對(dui)接(jie)，開啟(qi)出料(liao)(liao)蝶(die)閥(fa)，使物料(liao)(liao)密閉轉移到下一工序。

PRINCIPLE

The machine is mainly composed of chassis cart, lifting(or telescopic)system, turning system, etc. When it works, first assemble the conical hopper onto the barrel.
