APPLICATION

原理

物料通過(guo)加料機或真空上料系統加入攪(jiao)拌(ban)容器中，經(jing)攪(jiao)拌(ban)槳(jiang)作多維切割呈(cheng)流動狀態得到充分混合。然后經(jing)噴槍系統或手工(gong)注入粘合劑，在攪(jiao)拌(ban)槳(jiang)和切刀的作用下制成均勻顆粒。顆粒通過(guo)出料口出料并轉到下一工(gong)序。

PRINCIPLE

The materials are charged into the mixing vessel by the charging machine or vacuum charging system, and flow under a multi dimensional shearing status after mixing so that sufficient mixing is realized. The adhesive sprayed by the spray gun or injected manually will make the materials into even granules under the action of the mixing paddle and cutter. The granules will be discharged from the discharging port and transferred to the next procedure.

◆整個操作(zuo)具有嚴格(ge)的安全保護措施。

◆主藥(yao)與(yu)輔料差異大時，仍能達到均勻結合，無分(fen)層現象。
