APPLICATION

原理

物料通過加料機或真空上(shang)料系(xi)統加入攪拌(ban)容器中(zhong)，經攪拌(ban)槳(jiang)作多維切(qie)割呈流動狀態得到(dao)充分混合。然后(hou)經噴(pen)槍系(xi)統或手工(gong)注入粘合劑，在攪拌(ban)槳(jiang)和切(qie)刀(dao)的作用下制(zhi)成均勻顆(ke)粒。顆(ke)粒通過出料口出料并轉到(dao)下一工(gong)序。

PRINCIPLE

The materials are charged into the mixing vessel by the charging machine or vacuum charging system, and flow under a multi dimensional shearing status after mixing so that sufficient mixing is realized. The adhesive sprayed by the spray gun or injected manually will make the materials into even granules under the action of the mixing paddle and cutter. The granules will be discharged from the discharging port and transferred to the next procedure.

FEATURES
