用途

該機主要用于制藥工業固體物料的轉送、加料。可與沸騰干燥機、沸騰制粒機配套使用，可直接將沸騰制粒機料車內的物料制成所需要的顆粒進入總混料桶，有效地杜絕了粉塵飛揚和交叉污染，減輕了勞動強度，提高了工作效率，同時該機在化工、食品等行業廣泛使用。

APPLICATION

The machine is mainly used for transferring and charging solid materials in the pharmaceutical industry. It can work with the boiling dryer, boiling granulator, etc. It can directly make materials inside the material cart of the boiling granulator into the required granules and put them into the mixing barrel. The machine effectively prevents dust and cross contamination, reduces labor intensity and enhances work efficiency. It is also widely used in such industries as chemical industry, food, etc

原理

該機(ji)主要由真空輸送(song)系(xi)統(tong)、緩(huan)沖料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)、整粒(li)系(xi)統(tong)、提升系(xi)統(tong)等部分組成，工作時，真空輸送(song)器啟動，流化床料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)內的物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)被吸(xi)送(song)至緩(huan)沖倉(cang)內，緩(huan)沖倉(cang)內物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)加(jia)滿后(hou)，打開出料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)蝶閥，物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)進入整粒(li)腔內進行整粒(li)，整粒(li)合格后(hou)的物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)流出到料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)斗。

PRINCIPLE

The machine is mainly composed of vacuum conveying system buffering silo, granule sizing system and lifting system. When it works, the vacuum conveyor starts and the materials inside the fluidized bed silo are sucked to the buffering silo. After the buffering silo is filled with materials, start the discharging butter valve, and the materials will enter the granule sizing chamber for granule sizing. The conforming materials obtained after granule sizing will flow to the hopper
