APPLICATION

原理

該機由主機、空氣處理系統、加熱系統、控制系統等組成。工作時，物料加入沸騰千燥機的料倉，按工藝要求設定程序和參數，整機開始工作。空氣經過空氣處理系統過濾、經加熱系統加熱后進入主機內，物料經熱空氣流化、干燥，水份迅速蒸發，物料被快速干燥。按設定的程序與參數完成操作后，將料倉推出與固定提升轉料機扣合提升出料或利用真空上料器抽到高位整粒機整粒，有效地控制粉塵與交叉污染。

PRINCIPLE
