無塵投料站適用于制藥、化工、食品、電池材料等行業中、小袋物料的拆包、投放、篩分和卸料。

拆包時由于集塵風機的作用，可以避免物料粉塵到處飛揚。當物料解袋并倒入下一道工序時，只需人工直接拆包投入到該系統，物料通過振動篩（安全篩網)，可將大塊物料和異物攔截，從而保證符合要求的顆粒排出。同時，利用反吹裝置，清除過濾器，實現物料的再次利用。
