該機主要用于制藥工業固體制劑生產過程中的容器自動清洗。配一臺料斗清洗機能清洗不同規格的混合料斗或周轉料斗，是藥廠清洗容器的理想設備。同時在制藥、化工、食品等行業廣泛使用。

原理

該機由清洗室、泵站、空氣處理單元、控制系統等組成。工作時，開啟清洗機的進口門，將使用過的混合料斗、周轉料斗等容器推入清洗室內，關閉清洗機的門。按工藝要求設定清洗程序，確認后開機清洗，自動按設定的程序工作。清洗完畢后，打開清洗機的出口門，將清洗過的容器推出，送到中間站存放，以備生產使用。

PRINCIPLE

The machine is composed of cleaning room, pump station, air handling unit, control system, etc. When it works, start its entry door. Push the used mixing hopper, transferring hopper and etc into the cleaning room. Close the door of the cleaning machine Set the cleaning procedure according to process requirements and start cleaning after confirmation. The machine wi automatically work according to the set procedure. After cleaning is finished, open the exit door of the cleaning machine, push out the cleaned vessels, send them to the middle station and store them in it for future use in production

特點

◆可選擇自(zi)來水、純(chun)化水、熱水清洗，噴頭組輪次工作，工作效率(lv)高，節(jie)省水資源。

◆內洗噴頭(tou)采用(yong)貫通式升降(jiang)氣缸，工作可靠，清洗徹(che)底。

◆下(xia)沉式(shi)清洗站結構，進出料(liao)斗(dou)方便。
