用途

該機主要應用于制藥工業固體物料的輸送、加料。可與混合機、整粒機、壓片機、包衣機、膠囊充填機等設備配套使用。同時在制藥、化工、食品等行業中廣泛使用。

原理

該機主要由底(di)盤小車、提(ti)升系(xi)統(tong)、翻轉(zhuan)系(xi)統(tong)等組成。工作時，先(xian)將錐斗(dou)與料(liao)桶扣合，然后啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)提(ti)升按鈕，料(liao)桶提(ti)；啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)翻轉(zhuan)按鈕，料(liao)桶即可翻轉(zhuan)180°。移動(dong)(dong)底(di)盤小車與加(jia)料(liao)的(de)設備密(mi)閉對接，開啟(qi)(qi)出料(liao)蝶閥，使物料(liao)密(mi)閉轉(zhuan)移到(dao)下(xia)一工序。
