用途

該機主要用于制藥工業固體物料的輸送、加料。可與混合機、整粒機、壓片機、包衣機、膠囊充填機等設備配套使用。同時在制藥、化工、食品等行業中廣泛使用。

APPLICATION

原理

該機主(zhu)要由底盤(pan)(pan)小車、提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)(或加伸縮)系統(tong)、翻(fan)轉系統(tong)等組成。工作時，先將(jiang)錐斗與料(liao)(liao)桶(tong)扣合，然后啟(qi)動(dong)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)按鈕(niu)，料(liao)(liao)桶(tong)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)；啟(qi)動(dong)翻(fan)轉按鈕(niu)，料(liao)(liao)桶(tong)即可翻(fan)轉180°移動(dong)底盤(pan)(pan)小車與加料(liao)(liao)的設備(bei)密閉(bi)對(dui)接，開啟(qi)出料(liao)(liao)蝶閥，使物料(liao)(liao)密閉(bi)轉移到(dao)下一(yi)工序。

PRINCIPLE
