用途

該機主要應用于制藥工業固體物料的輸送、加料。可與混合機、壓片機、膠囊充填機等設備配套使用。同時在制藥、化工、食品等行業中廣泛使用。

APPLICATION

原理

該機主(zhu)要由底盤、立(li)柱(zhu)、提升系(xi)統、翻(fan)轉(zhuan)系(xi)統等組成。工作時，先將錐斗與料桶扣合(he)，然后啟動提升按鈕，料桶提升；啟動翻(fan)轉(zhuan)按鈕，料桶即可翻(fan)轉(zhuan)180°。旋轉(zhuan)立(li)柱(zhu)與加料的設備密閉對接，開啟出料蝶閥(fa)，使物料密閉轉(zhuan)移到下一工序。

PRINCIPLE

The machine is mainly composed of chassis, column, lifting system, turning system, etc. When it works, first assemble the conical hopper onto the barrel. Press the lifting button and the barrel will rise. Press the turning button and the barrel will turn for 180 Rotate the column to realize closed connection with the charging equipment.
