用途

該機主要用于制藥工業固體物料的輸送、加料。可與混合機、整粒機、壓片機、包衣機、膠囊充填機等設備配套使用。同時在制藥、化工、食品等行業中廣泛使用。

APPLICATION

原理

該機(ji)主要由底盤小車、提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(或加伸縮)系統、翻轉系統等組(zu)成。工(gong)作(zuo)時，先(xian)將錐斗與料(liao)桶扣合，然后啟動(dong)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)按鈕(niu)，料(liao)桶提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)；啟動(dong)翻轉按鈕(niu)，料(liao)桶即可翻轉180°移動(dong)底盤小車與加料(liao)的(de)設(she)備密閉對接，開啟出料(liao)蝶閥，使物(wu)料(liao)密閉轉移到下一(yi)工(gong)序。

PRINCIPLE
