用途

該機主要用于制藥工業固體物料的輸送、加料。可與混合機、整粒機、壓片機、包衣機、膠囊充填機等設備配套使用。同時在制藥、化工、食品等行業中廣泛使用。

APPLICATION

原理

該機(ji)主要(yao)由底(di)盤(pan)小車(che)、提升(sheng)(或加伸(shen)縮(suo))系統(tong)、翻(fan)轉系統(tong)等組成。工作時，先將(jiang)錐斗與(yu)(yu)料(liao)桶(tong)扣合，然后啟動(dong)提升(sheng)按鈕(niu)，料(liao)桶(tong)提升(sheng)；啟動(dong)翻(fan)轉按鈕(niu)，料(liao)桶(tong)即可翻(fan)轉180°移(yi)動(dong)底(di)盤(pan)小車(che)與(yu)(yu)加料(liao)的(de)設備密閉對接(jie)，開(kai)啟出料(liao)蝶閥，使(shi)物料(liao)密閉轉移(yi)到下一(yi)工序(xu)。

PRINCIPLE
