用途

該機主要應用于制藥工業固體物料的輸送、加料。可與混合機、整粒機、壓片機、包衣機、膠囊充填機等設備配套使用。同時在制藥、化工、食品等行業中廣泛使用。

原理

該機主(zhu)要由底(di)(di)盤(pan)小車、提(ti)升(sheng)系(xi)統(tong)、翻(fan)轉(zhuan)系(xi)統(tong)等(deng)組成。工作時，先將錐斗與料(liao)桶(tong)扣合(he)，然后啟動提(ti)升(sheng)按鈕(niu)，料(liao)桶(tong)提(ti)；啟動翻(fan)轉(zhuan)按鈕(niu)，料(liao)桶(tong)即可翻(fan)轉(zhuan)180°。移動底(di)(di)盤(pan)小車與加料(liao)的設備密閉對接，開啟出料(liao)蝶閥，使物料(liao)密閉轉(zhuan)移到下一工序。
